3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Return Process

3. Please securely package the item and include the return authorization number inside the package.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
